Mandate/Objectives

The Board of Directors will provide guidance and interim decision-making.

Tasks/Deliverables

• Represent the ongoing functioning of the CCMA operation
• Assist CCMA in achieving its institutional trade-date matching goals (and other goals as determined) by sponsoring a Working Group or Subcommittee through liaison with the committee/subgroup chair
